LH Mall & Hotel Co., Ltd. (LHMH) is making one of its biggest bets yet on Pattaya’s tourism future, investing more than 4.3 billion baht in Grand Center Point Voyage Pattaya. The new Limited Collection property is the 10th hotel in the Grand Center Point group and the brand’s third Pattaya hotel, with a full opening scheduled for October 2026.

According to this Pattaya Hotel News report, the project is designed around “The Borderless Journey,” an integrated destination concept combining accommodation, family entertainment, wellness, dining, technology, and large-scale events. LHMH expects the property to help reposition Pattaya beyond its traditional seaside image and strengthen the city’s appeal as a world-class destination for families and the international MICE market.
A Bigger Bet on Pattaya
The development follows the strong performance of Grand Center Point Pattaya and Grand Center Point Space Pattaya, which have averaged occupancy above 90% this year. LHMH says the three properties will have distinct but complementary identities, allowing the group to serve different traveler segments without simply repeating the same hotel formula.

Grand Center Point Pattaya focuses on convenience through its direct connection with Terminal 21 Pattaya, while Grand Center Point Space Pattaya emphasizes technology-led experiences for families and younger children. Voyage is positioned as the next step: a self-contained destination where multiple generations can stay, play, dine, meet, and relax without leaving the property.
LHMH CEO Suwanna Phutthaprasat said the company develops its hotels around four principles: Quality First, Experience-driven design, Thai Hospitality, and Continuous Innovation. The objective is to create destinations guests want to revisit, with investment extending beyond guestrooms into shared spaces, facilities, and distinctive experiences.
Ambitious Revenue and Occupancy Targets
The financial expectations are equally bold. LHMH is targeting first-year revenue of 1.3 billion baht for Voyage, with an estimated investment payback period of around seven years. Non-room revenue is projected to contribute about 30% of total revenue, helping generate cash flow even during Pattaya’s lower tourism season.

The company is targeting occupancy of 75% to 80% during the hotel’s first year, rising to 90% to 95% in high season. Its average room rate is expected to be approximately 15% to 20% above typical five-star hotels in the area, reflecting Voyage’s positioning as a premium integrated destination rather than a conventional resort.
Once fully operating in October, the hotel is also expected to support LHMH’s push toward 8 billion baht in total revenue in 2026, which the company projects would represent approximately 35% year-on-year growth and a new record.

Water Park, Games, and a Voyage Universe
At the center of the family offering is Time Traveller Water Park, covering more than 20,000 square meters. It is divided into the prehistoric-themed Lost World and futuristic Tomorrow Land, connected by attractions including a Lazy River, Cave Trail, Skywalk, and Time Tunnel. Crystal, stalactite, ice, and lava caves, along with an outdoor heated Lava Pool, turn movement between zones into part of the entertainment.
Other attractions include the Voyage Circuit electric go-kart track and Midnight Nebula, a game room of nearly 1,000 square meters. Rainbow Ville Kids Club gives children an imaginative village for role-playing different professions, while The Sand Theatre screens animated films introducing families to the hotel’s characters and fictional Voyage universe.

That universe is also central to the marketing strategy. LHMH has created 12 Guardians characters and the Xentier universe, connecting hologram welcomes, in-room activities, character-finding events, animation, merchandise, and collectibles. Direct online bookings can earn Voyage Tokens redeemable for activities, restaurants, entertainment, and collectibles, while a Voyage Member program is intended to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Wellness and MICE on a Large Scale
Voyage is not aimed only at children. Crimson Canyon Wellness spans 1,400 square meters and includes Technogym equipment, a Hybrid Training Zone, climbing wall, Muay Thai training, steam room, sauna, and an ocean-view jacuzzi.
For corporate and event business, the Halo Convention Centre provides a pillarless venue with an eight-meter ceiling and a 28.5-by-5.5-meter LED screen. Supporting facilities include a boardroom, business lounge, VIP room, and Time Traveler Terrace for outdoor events. The complex can accommodate nearly 1,600 people, giving the hotel significant capacity to pursue international meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

494 Ocean-View Rooms and Nine Dining Venues
The resort will feature 494 rooms and suites, all offering ocean views, with configurations intended for everyone from individual travelers to larger families. Nine restaurants and bars broaden the property’s non-room offering.
Among the highlighted venues is Chef Man Seafood, a Cantonese Chinese restaurant developed around a seafood concept for Pattaya and described as the brand’s first branch outside Bangkok. Blue Atlantis Rooftop Restaurant occupies the 33rd floor with panoramic views across the sea and city, while the open-air Portrait of Voyage Sky Bar focuses on Pattaya’s skyline and sunsets. Brooks Brunch & Bar will provide all-day dining from breakfast until late at night.

Targeting Thai and International Travelers
The first-year customer mix is projected at 65% Thai and 35% international guests. Overseas markets will include travelers from Asia and Europe, particularly Scandinavia, as well as the Middle East. Target segments include families, couples, groups of friends, leisure and MICE travelers, staycation guests, and long-stay visitors.
The project is also expected to create more than 1,000 local jobs. Beyond Pattaya, LHMH is preparing Grand Center Point Chinatown Bangkok, a 3.6-billion-baht project expected to open in the second quarter of 2028.
A High-Stakes New Chapter for Pattaya
Grand Center Point Voyage Pattaya arrives with unusually ambitious targets, from premium room rates and high occupancy expectations to substantial non-room spending and large-scale MICE business. If LHMH can translate its “Borderless Journey” concept into repeat visits, Voyage could become more than another major Pattaya hotel opening: it could reinforce the city’s evolution into a broader family, entertainment, and business-events destination while raising the competitive bar for integrated resorts across Thailand.
